One service fee covers the whole application, from choosing a programme to your first weeks in China. We do not publish a single price because it depends on the level you apply for and the university you choose — but everything that goes into it is on this page.
Free, and it stays free
You do not pay to look, to ask, or to be advised. These cost you nothing whether or not you ever apply through us.
The full catalogue of programmes with real tuition, accommodation and scholarship figures
A shortlist built around your marks, your budget and what you want to work in
An honest answer when a programme is wrong for you, including when that means not applying this year
Messaging with us for as long as you are deciding
What the service fee covers
Charged once. It is quoted before you commit, it does not change afterwards, and there is no separate charge for any of the following.
Checking your eligibility against each programme's real requirements — nationality, marks, age — before anything is submitted
Preparing and translating your file to the standard the university expects
Submitting the application and paying the university's application fee on your behalf
Chasing the university until a decision comes, and telling you what it says either way
Your JW202 or JW201 and admission letter, checked and couriered to you
Your visa file: the form, the documents, the appointment, and what to say
The medical examination — which one to take at home, and what has to be redone in China
After you land, and this is where most agencies stop
We are in China. That is the whole difference: the part of the process that goes wrong most often is the part that happens after you arrive, and it is the part an agency in Algeria cannot help you with.
Airport pickup arranged, and someone reachable in your timezone from the moment you land
University registration and enrolment on campus — the queues, the forms, the offices
Residence permit within the 30 days the law gives you, which is the deadline students miss most
Bank account, phone number, Alipay and WeChat Pay set up so you can actually live
The medical re-examination and its paperwork
Dormitory or off-campus housing, and what a fair rent looks like where you are
What to do when something goes wrong in year two — we do not disappear once you are enrolled
When you pay
1
Nothing, while you are looking
Browsing programs, comparing costs, and asking us questions are free. No payment is asked for until you have chosen where you want to apply and we have agreed the amount with you.
2
File processing fee — 2,500 ¥, and it starts the work
Your file is not prepared and nothing is sent to a university until it is paid. You can start it yourself from your application the moment you are ready.
3
Seat deposit — 650 ¥, only if you need one
Paid to hold your place on an intake that has already closed, so that you are first in the queue when it reopens. Most students never pay it: if the programme you want is still open, you apply and skip this entirely. 500 ¥ of it comes off your service fee when you pay it.
4
University fees — paid to the university
Tuition and accommodation are paid to the university itself, not to us, on the schedule in your admission letter.
Membership — the guides, and the whole catalogue
Membership is a separate subscription from the service fee, for students who want the full catalogue and the step-by-step guides while they are deciding, or who are handling their own application. It runs for 12 months and is not needed to browse, to ask us anything, or to apply through us.

What you pay the university, not us
Tuition and accommodation are billed by the university on its own schedule and paid directly to it. On most programmes in our catalogue the scholarship covers tuition entirely. Every figure is shown on the programme page before you commit to anything.
What we will not do
Quote you one price and add to it later — the figure you agree is the figure you pay
Push you toward whichever university pays us most; the fee is set by level and standing, not by who we place you with
Promise you a scholarship. We show you what the university has published, and we confirm it in writing before you pay anything beyond registration
Take the full fee before you have an offer in hand
Want to know what your case would cost?
Tell us what you studied, your marks and where you want to go. We will come back with a shortlist and a figure — free, and with no obligation.
If you apply to a university through us, you get the full membership free for as long as your application is running and for the whole of your first year in China — the guides, the complete catalogue, and both practice tests. You never pay for it separately, and you do not need to buy it first to apply.
If you are not applying through us
Membership on its own, for students who want the guides while they decide or who are handling their own application. Prices are fixed and shown below — this is the one thing here we do not quote case by case.
