Dalian Fengye Vocational College is a full-time ordinary higher vocational institution approved by the Liaoning Provincial Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is affiliated to Xinyang Shengye International Education Holdings (Dalian) Co., Ltd. The college was established in — and currently has two campuses, namely Dabai Stone and Qidianshan. The two campuses can accommodate over — students and have over — staff members. Currently, the college offers more than 40 professional courses that are urgently needed by society and popular. The college adheres to a student-centered approach and adopts the model of "inviting enterprises to set up campuses and integrating industry and education". It integrates AI applications into teaching and production, and through the "credit system" reform, provides students with a learning environment that is "cross-disciplinary, cross-courses, and cross-time limits". The college implements the teaching models of "scenario-based education" and "entering factories from the classroom, returning to the classroom with problems", allowing students to grow in real environments.
