Hainan Technology and Business College is located in Haikou City, Hainan Province. The predecessor of the school was Hainan Wanhe Information Vocational and Technical College founded in —. In April —, the Ministry of Education approved Hainan Wanhe Information Vocational and Technical College to be renamed "Hainan Technology and Business College".
