Puyang Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College, located in Puyang, Henan Province, is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Henan Province and filed with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
The predecessor of Puyang Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College was the Zhongyuan Petroleum School, established in —. In —, the school applied to be established as a higher vocational college specializing in petrochemicals. In March —, Puyang Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College was officially founded, and in May of the same year, it was approved and filed by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
