Guizhou Forerunner College is a non-profit charity university funded by Chinese business leader and Taiwan patriotic entrepreneur Cher Wang and Chen Wenqi's wife. The university is a full-time vocational college approved by the People's Government of Guizhou Province and registered by the Ministry of Education of The People's Republic of China.

The school is located in Bainiaohe Digital Town, Huishui County, Guizhou Province, about 40 minutes by car from Guiyang city and Longdongbao International Airport. The campus is covered by free wifi network and equipped with complete facilities. There are more than 30 volunteer foreign teachers from Europe and America all the year round. It is a garden-style university with the highest degree of internationalization and informatization in Guizhou Province. In February —, it was awarded the only "Pilot college of Modern Vocational Education Reform and Innovation" in Guizhou Province and became a vocational college with key support from guizhou Government.
