About the university
The school has taken advantage of the strategic opportunities brought by the "Belt and Road Initiative" to further deepen its communication and cooperation with international universities, and carry out "close and substantive" cooperation with overseas institutions. The school has established cooperative relations with over 30 universities in 20 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, Hong Kong, China, and Macao. It has jointly established "Silk Road Colleges" with universities in Cambodia and Turkey, and cooperated with the University of Malaya to jointly establish an international advanced civil engineering research center. It has jointly launched a photovoltaic engineer order program with Turkish Strait University and Kadir Has University, and actively promotes educational international cooperation with the "Belt and Road" and the countries along the Lancang-Mekong River. The school is a member of the BGA international certification organization, a "Chinese-foreign cultural exchange talent training base project school" in the field of intelligent manufacturing by the Ministry of Education, the Chairman unit of the Entrepreneurship Education Alliance for Countries along the Lancang-Mekong River, and the Wenzhou base of the International Silk Road Entrepreneurship Education Alliance.
